The coding part and working

Hi,
I have successfully been able to install the live demo cd and can view the interface. However, I want to practise it the coding part and see how to set recording place and deal with other operational issues as a IT person in a call centre. Please suggest how I can practise and improve myself on these things please. Thanks.

manager's manual and the agent manual. instruction for most of the common setups are included, go through the manager's manual one step at a time.
