Cannot find user 6666 once installed to enable permissions

installed, went to admin web address, used username 6666 password 1234
now in show users it does not show user 6666, and it will not give permissions to go anwhere
here is the managers manual part I am doing

looked in phpmyadmin under vicidial_users
and the username 6666 and password 1234 is there
I even tried creating another user in phpmyadmin and it does not allow that user to login.

able to add a user in phpmyadmin and login with it, user level 9 all 1's and still show no users in vicidial admin and still get You do not have permission to view this page

I re ran vicibox-install set everything to n and now it works,,,,weird

you know, there is an "edit" button so you can edit your prior post. makes legibility a little more reasonable.
and if you have resolved your issue, it's not a bad idea to modify the subject line to include "resolved"
glad to hear you resolved it, though.
and for the future:
when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method, vicidial version and build, asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box.
