can you log in to the console at the server?

can you ping the server from your workstation or can you ping the workstation from the server?

are you saying that the "vicidial-install" command did not work?

or do you refer to the "vicibox-install" command?

What directions are you using to perform the installation and which version of the .iso are you attempting to install? (2.0.what?)

Why are you not using the 3.0.3 .iso image now available?

:)

now install redux 3.0.3 as your advice..

now the error on this is when i browse to mozilla http://IP ADDRESS

it says "Please hold while I redirect you!"

but it appears to the browser: Object no found - Error 404.

My server can ping google.

what is the problem on this?

Please help..

Thanks,

did you check for errors during installation?

have you tried /vicidial/welcome.php instead of just the IP address?

hi williamconley,

Problem solve..
