Real time report not counting time on pause or closer status

Hello community
Ok, I'm totally stuck!
I had it working, there is a column where keeps counting the time of the current status and the row changes the color depending on the table coming down, but since a week ago, it just stops working, I mean everything else is working as it should be, but the report is not counting on real time.
don't know if it is an issue caused by something I did by accident or a bug.
here is the status as it is shown

Manny! Welcome aboard!
when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.
this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)
You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system.

are you saying it no longer "refreshes" the screen? (push "go" depending on your version, or slow, but not stop)

Hello Will, it refreshes everything else, but not the current time on the current status, even the color of the agent row doesn't change the color, so if the agent changes to CLOSER from PAUSED I can see the status in the report, but not the time counting, it remains in 0:00
is there a value I might changed by a mistake that may be causing this??

never had it change some things but not others.
what is your server load? Hardware? (Please tell me it's not a virtual system
).
htop shows server load. also shown in admin->servers (but if you're having issues with values on reports in vicidial ... i'd stick with htop or top!)
beware of anything over 50% usage (ie: 4 processor system should NOT exceed 2.0, 2 processor system should not exceed 1.0 ...)
also beware of "peak" usage going to 100%. every minute (on the minute) timed processes fire .. if they "push" the peak usage (which is NOT listed in the top right corner, those are 1,5,10 minute AVERAGES) over 90%, you have reached the capacity of your server.

are these readings taken during a time when your real time screen is not updating?
i note that the version you are running does not match the one that ordinarily installed with GAD20CE.
did you upgrade after the install? and what steps did you take? (and would that coincide with your notice of this issue?)

Nope, I didn't upgrade, just installed it and started working, as I told you the counting was working until last week.
The readings are been taken while I'm updating the screen even using F5 but not peek is showing up

No, I'm even working with default root and admin passwords
I have noticed something, about 2 hours ago I went to lunch (and it was really good) but I left the computer on and the agent console paused, when I look to the Real-time report, the counter has registered the elapsed time I have been paused, so I switched to CLOSER on the agent console, the Real-Time Report changed my status to CLOSER but still it's not counting, even if I go back to PAUSED again.... weird. seems like the counter is registering the time every long period time, and not every second.

well. either you have done something weird or you are describing your issue oddly.
are you saying that your screen does not refresh, or that the data on the screen when it refreshes does not change? if the latter, does SOME of the data change?

ok: so IF a user is PAUSED or CLOSER ... their time does not change when the page refreshes, but everything else does change?

! so it's not just that it doesn't change. it's that it reverts back to zero?
so ... talking to a client, it will go up to several minutes .. but when they "pause" it resets to zero and stays at zero as long as they are paused? then when they get back onto a call again it starts counting again?
have you tested this yourself as an agent to see if they are closing their browsers or something?
is this for everyone or certain users only?

No, it doesn't change, at least that seems for me, if the agent is in call this is the status that displays all the call

As you can see, the MM:SS time is 0:00 and it won't move it is for all the agents and I have tried with 3 diferent computers 2 diferent web browsers, same result

I have noticed something!!!
I't seems to start counting after one hour, (as I posted before) but the date and time is diferent in the vicidial window (top right corner) than the system date and time values (one hour delayed) I have followed the multiple suggestions on this post

but no success on syncing the date & time.
could be this the right direction for solving the counting issue of the realtime report???

what do you have in your time zone settings for your OS and php.ini files and for the phone that this agent is logged into?

The phone I'm using is a softphone (X-lite) my computer has the same time than the Linux OS, my php.ini file is in blank and commented for timezone

actually, you will find a few threads detailing this subject. in summary: Yes, and it should be the same timezone in use by your OS.
check your /var/log (asterisk, astguiclient, apache, messages ...) logs and your root email and see if there are any errors being tossed worthy of note. always a good thing to keep an eye on
don't freak out if there's an error and your system is running properly ... just research (google verbatim!) the error to see if it needs to be fixed or not and be sure to test your system immediately after fixing the error and a good reboot to be sure your "fix" didn't break anything!
