Outbound CallerID on call menu extension dials

Hi, we are using a call menu option to send outbound calls to a certain number but all of our calls show up as 00000000 on the CDR's. How can I set the outbound callerID of the system when calling from a call menu?

You could set this through the Custom Dialplan Entry section for that Call Menu.

Thanks for the info Matt. I have enabled the custom dial plans on this server. Any guidance on what to enter here without breaking it? Is this something covered in the 2.2.1 Manager Manual?

do not change the callerid NAME only NUM.
