I would just like to ask if anyone has already set up Vicibox and made IAX2 trunk over VPN.

Any suggestions / recommendations would be highly appreciated ...

Please let me know if you have the how to's .
I am also looking for a IAX2 over VPN . Really confused about it .

I made an alternative solution for this way back. I just configured IAX2 trunk directly from point A to point B over public internet with consideration of security, i just did a reverse routing in each of my servers so intended ip addresses can only connect on my trunks.

why would iax2 cause confusion over vpn? do you have the vpn tunnel built?

My scenario is one VPS central server in London , one physical server in Italy and other in Spain . Aim is to localization of routing calls and DID 's .

Yes i already established a tunnel from PH to US Servers. I only use the tunnel for data(Web Access/Recs/Etc.) and for voice, i just did IAX2 trunked my asterisk servers directly over public internet since we have couple of public ip's from our provider ...

I usually create OpenVPN Lan-to-Lan tunnels using Zeroshell, no issues up until now

Questions:
1. Do you have ssh access on your servers?
2. How many servers are you gonna interconnect via IAX2 Trunk?
3. Where and what server will the Inbound call originate?
4. Where/What server/s do you want to forward the Inbound calls?

i still have no description of the "problem" with iax2 being experienced. so i can't help. (and we all know how much I love to hear myself type).
