Recording Issues using FULLDATE_AGENT_CAMPAIGN etc

hello there, long time no see (hence, servers are running fine) !
I checked the forum, the (paid) manual and some websites (that most often refer to this forum) because I have to realize a new setup refering to recording calls. I should mention I migrated vicinow 1.3 to vicibox 3.0 ("shaking") and as far as I can see, everything is working fine.
Now I wanted (was told to do so) to realize call recording - I thought, phew, no problem at all, but I am facing the situation, that my call records are not renamed the way they were supposed to do.
Actually, recording is happening, so things like Campaign Rec exten, Campaign Recording and Campaign Rec Filename are clear, but the last point only works for the admin-web-link (user stats -> recordings), will say that in "the browser", even in the agent interface, the recording is named as vicidial says : CAMPAIGN_FULLDATE_AGENT_CUSTPHONE. But with that name, I cannot find a file on the system ... Now I know, it is under /var/spool/asterisk/monitorDONE and if the ast_cron_audio-1 script runs it mixes them but they keep those ugly names like:
1300872481-Local-58600073@default-4c2f,1-all.mp3
I swear I could remember, with vicinow (where I did not need it) there it was as easy as it is when you must do nothing ... just use the VARIABLES and go ... what am I missing (migration in the back of the head) ?
Furthermore the "location" of the file is not displayed in the user stats page and I cannot play around with astguiclient.conf, cause the system must be up and running.
To put it in a nutshell: What must be given or what do I lack of to have the call recordings renamed properly ?
