when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system.

Similar to This:

Vicibox X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X-XXX Build XXXXXX-XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation

Without knowing how you installed, it would be very difficult to know what is wrong.

Read the manual, post your specs as above, and come on back!

have you gone through the Manager's Manual to set up your system? (or are you "wingin' it"?!

Did you intend to set up the phone as a "web phone"? (X-Lite and such phones installed on the agent's computers are NOT web phones!)

Also, there is no "Vicibox 3.1" it would be "3.1.X" you missed a bit (and it can make a difference!)

No such extension/context 8600051@SIP_carrier
does not look good.

start from the beginning in the tutorials in the book and see if you can get an agent logged in and hearing "you are the only person in this conference" on their soft phone.

It looks like asterisk is not finding the correct path on the dialing rules due to different contexts.

Take a look at your phone config screen, Admin -> Phones, the fields phone context and exten context should both be "default".

If this isn't the case, just reinstall the whole thing and start from the basics, follow the tutorials on the manual, and fill only the fields that you know fore sure what they mean.

Vicibox comes almost ready out of the box, you basically only need to set up phones and carriers, there is no hidden stuff to make it dial or log into a session.
