Good Day Vicidial Team,
This is the first time i've experienced this scenario. Im seeing 180:XX mins per agent in the campaign real-time report.
Any thoughts of this would be highly appreciated ...

um ... have they been idle for three hours? did you change your timezone settings in yast or php.ini? (or both?). did you update/upgrade the OS or php recently? add a cluster server? is your server using ntp to sync to a time-server?

just to be funny, change it in BOTH php.ini files (the cli version and the apache version)
