Good Day Vicidial Team,

Since my first installation, i rarely check the apache error logs until this error catches my attention:

PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare custom_list_fields_values() (previously declared in /srv/www/htdocs/agc/functions.php:18) in /srv/www/htdocs/agc/functions.php on line 494

When i check on the production, they're having instances that they got voice call but no data on the agc/vicidial.php crm.

Anyone also got this error on the apache logs?

Thanks and more power ...

You have any idea on a quick fix for this william? I mean without upgrading all of our servers? Just a quick fix on this will do because the rest are all ok beside this ...

then turn OFF custom fields altogether and see if that cuts out the offending code.

You know what William? That really solved the problem on the custom field error, I'm currently monitoring the floor and all seems well now, thanks.

By the way, what does this mean? Is this a bug on the custom field feature?

Could be. Could be that someone in your organization made an impossible change or had an empty set somewhere that was not expecting emptiness. Happens a bit when you're Playing with Things.

Chasing it down is handy, but wait until you have the latest code in case it's already fixed.

Then the wait starts now (^_^), will have 10-15 agents test the LATEST code before running on full production, thanks again Will ...

I believe it was a new version of PHP that exposed that issue. I has been fixed in more recent SVN/trunk versions of vicidial though.
