custom fields

hello
I install the ViciBox Redux v.3.1.0 but I can't see the custom fields support in admin page or agent page.
how can I active it

You need to activate them in Admin -> System Settings, then you need to give your admin user account permission to alter custom fields on the User Modify page, then you can go to Lists and create custom fields.

And just to be fair, because I tell everyone, please don't forget:

when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system.

I install vicidial from vicibox redux cd
vicidal : VERSION: 2.2.1-237 BUILD: 100510-2015
asterisk : 1.4.38-vici
I can't see in Admin -> System Settings any thing about custom fields

i do not remember when custom fields was added, but if you do not have "Enable Custom List Fields" as an option in "Admin->System Settings" ... it would likely be AFTER your version. time to upgrade!
