Is there any way for looking for a customer in inbound campaigns, for example by identification id?
The thing is that many customers can use the same callerid and is necessary to use a different data for linking the call to a customer. Thks

If they have an account code and you load those into the vendor_lead_code field then before the call goes into the in-group you can have it do VIDPROMPT which will prompt the customer for their ID. This is most configurable from a Call Menu.

Hi mat. Thnks for your reply. In this case only one person identify the customer. So is not possible to use dtmf for the identification previously.

We need to identify the customer and make the customer active in the system for tha active call once the agent has identified the customer.


with the call active , search for the customer and make it active in the system for the current call.
