I am having issue with my Vicibox server hopper level.
Leads in hopper value is not updating. is there someone knew how to refresh this to view the values?
i have already manually run this script /usr/share/astguiclient/AST_VDhopper.pl -q
but still no luck
i have a 20k leads on that campaign and set to 500 hopper level. also there are 10 agents dialing on that campaign.
there are no issues when calling on the campaign what I want now are to view the leads in hopper on real-time monitoring screen
