Incoming Call Handling

Hi All,

this is my first post and definitely I will start flattering the efforts you're doing specially that I've been working on Cisco Products for about 4 years now and I can see clearly the differences and the added values.

I have installed ViciBox with no problems, enabled In-Bound Queuing and received some calls, my question is how to route callers to different In-Groups based on their VID for example, is it related to In-Group Call Handle Method?

please excuse me if I asked a simple question and thanks in advance..

You would have to write a custom AGI script to route different inbound calls to different in-groups based upon the vendor_lead_code, that is not currently a feature of vicidial.
