935 rtcp read too short error

Hello guys!
I am having this error when I dialout "935 rtcp read too short error". The call is connecting, the problem is, it is showing dead on monitoring and on agent side it shows call hangup even if the line is still active. I have read all old forums about this and nothing of them helped. I have 1 running server ( ASTERISK 1.2 UBUNTU VERSION: 2.0.5-174 BUILD: 90522-0506)with same SIP provider & it doesn't giving me this issue.

What could be the cause?

hello william... yes... we are working on the same project . it cannot be the load because it is still on testing(only the two of us are logging in). even if we are using softphone only( not logged in on agent gui) cli is showing same error. tried ulaw no luck.

turn off your firewall temporarily, see if that helps. then use the link i had in the other thread if that does not help.

Still no GO.

Describe your network. Question: you say you have another machine that does not experience this problem ... is it on the same network?

Have you compared your sip.conf settings between the two machines?
