CallCard Feature

Can anyone guide me how to use this CallCard feature? On the CallCard Admin page there are fields which I do not have an idea what to put into.

IDs in Batch:
Starting Sequence:
Total:
Balance Minutes:
Initial Value:
Initial Minutes:
Purchase Order:
Printer:
DID:
In-Group:
Language:
Name:
Comment:

Another question, can we used this for outbound agents who leased on our call center for their outbound calls? As I looked at with callcard.txt document it stated to configure it in InGroups.

No, this is only for people calling into in-groups, and has nothing to do with deducting agent time for specific agents.
