Support,

Is it possible to have 2 internet service provider in one box , if the main connection fails it will automatically switch to the other one? is it doable?

Thank you.

Possible? Yes. Likely to succeed when set up by someone who has no idea how? No Comment. LOL :-)

It is possible to have a Router that performs this function, but this requires a private local network which raises the issue of the "externip" setting in Asterisk's sip.conf file. So you'd have to build a detector into the server to catch the failover and modify that setting.

Or you'd have to learn how to perform this function within the network system of your OpenSuSE server, which is very much non-standard. And not likely something to get answered on this Dialer forum, but could well be answered on a Networking forum, or you'd have to pay someone.
