You may have to turn off the repository updates for it to install with only what is ON the cd. But Honestly, I've never tried. LOL

GoAutoDial, I believe, can do an offline install, though. Haven't checked that recently, either, though. If you get lucky, Kumba may answer!

Of course, if you do not have internet .. you'll need Digium/Sangoma hardware to make calls ...
