vicibox 3.1 64 problem

hello everyone I'm hoping someone can figure out what could be the problem with my server. I can see the web page of it but can't login. try to used the default admin 6666 password 1234 but still can't. please help newbie.

always post your vicidial installer, version and build
is this a fresh install?
have you carefully followed walkthrough that can be found in vicibox website?

thanks for your response. I already solved the issues by not installing cluster.
