Vicibox 3.1.15 from .iso | VERSION: 2.6-373a BUILD: 120810-1018 | Asterisk 1.4.44-vici | One Database 64bit, Two Dialers 32bit,

Database is 2 Quad Core Intel E5420 8GB RAM, mirrored 72GB SAS, We use an external nfs storage for recording archival
Each Dialer is 2 Dual Core processors with 4GB Ram and mirrored 72GB SAS

When we first built this installation, we had the database server and one dialer. We had one team on the dialer and it kept Agent Time properly in the Agent Time Detail Report. We added a new server about a month later and added a new team with a different user group to the system. The new team on the new dialer consistently have skewed results for Agent Time in the Agent Time Detail Report. This seems to resolve when we reboot the database server on a nightly basis but it would be very useful to be able to use this report when we need it rather that a day later.

Any ideas what could be causing the problem?

I have exported copies of the same report before and after the reboot. There doesn't seem to be a place to store attachments.

Do you have the AST_cleanup_agent_log.pl script in your crontab twice with different options?(if not, it should be)

Also, there have been improvements made in agent logging since the version you are on, so I would suggest upgrading?

Matt, which system should be running this script from the crontab?

does not matter which system, as this will be making database changes not "calling" changes. as long as the machine(s) running the requests have access to the DB
