Hello;

Vicibox 4.0.3, vicidial VERSION: 2.8-403a BUILD: 130510-1350, Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU X3470 @ 2.93GHz, Single Server, Asterisk1.4

By doing manual dial from the agent desktop, how I can do this scenario:

Press on Manual Dial, Put the Phone Number, Press on Dial Now, so the IP Phone of the agent to dial this number and the agent can talk with the customer? In other words, to be same as direct calls from the Phone, but to be from the manual dial for better reporting.

Another thing, currently to be able to use the manual dial, I have to do the following:

Click on ring to ring the Phone (and I see a rubbish caller id .. I do not know how to change it?!), then I click on Manual Dial, I place the number and press on Dial Now, then the two IP Phones will be connected. The problem in this case, that the caller id of the called customer is not appearing on the agent IP Phone, how to make it appear on the agent IP Phone? Any other easier method for manual outbound?
