I was having a call time for the campaign (from 7 am to 21 pm from Sunday until Thursday) and during this time (after 21 pm), I was need to change the call time because I need to do testing on this campaign so I need it to be activated, I changed the call time to be 24 hours, but what I see is: State rules defined for this call time: -1

What is the -1 means?

Where exactly do you see this?

Local Call Time: we select from it the call time. Right? Just below it directly (as a note for it), there is a sentence: State rules defined for this call time: 0 and sometimes it shows State rules defined for this call time: -1.
When it shows State rules defined for this call time: -1? The answer is, when I change the Local Call Time (i select another call time), then I see the value to be -1. What this -1? It appears for any other local call time.

Guess: You have never defined a state call time for this "call time".

But if you modify the call time by adding a state to it .. and then delete the state ... it will show as 0 instead of "-1".

This is ordinarily referred to as a "Bug".
