Is it possible to configure the On Hook Phone (or the agent) to be auto answer?

that is not a question for Vicidial. it is a question for your soft phone. for instance, x-lite (old version) has "AA" as a button available just above the redial button. AutoAnswer. Has nothing to do with the PBX, it's only related to the Phone.
