So I am having this issue where I am not able to use AC-CID with my dialer going through a2billing. In a2billing, if I don't set callerID call shows up as Unknown. If I set caller ID, all calls will show up as said caller ID. However, getting AC-CID DID's to pass through a2billing are not showing up. I know some people in here have experience. What am I doing wrong?

A2Billing does not, by default, allow CID to pass if it is not listed. random CID is not viable.

But: this is an A2Billing question ... you should be on an A2Billing board! Vicidial is "doin it's job"!
