Survey as software with the campaign

Hello;

vicibox 4.0.3, vicidial 2.8-404a, Build 130605-0841, asterisk 1.4.39.1-vici, Single Machine, Vtiger 5.4

I am looking for the following scenario and I do not know if it possible or not and how I can get it:

In the campaign, where calls come to the agent one after one and in the hopper, for each call: we need the agent to have survey (questions and answers) that will be asked to the customer and the customer will select the answer (there are answers options to be selected .. or it can be Yes and No), then he can finish the survey and move to the next call. Is it possible in vicidial or how I can obtain it?

As I know that scripts can be like guidance but it is not like questions and multiple choices to answers and the answers to be captured. Or it can do?
Or, there is CRM that contains this and can do it if we link it with vicidial using webform? Which CRM has like this survey?

The built-in custom list fields might even work for you too.

! yes, sorry. Start there and if custom fields doesn't do it, move up to limesurvey if necessary. if custom fields will do it, you have everything you need in one package. 8-)
