Cant make outgoing call.Says not valid extension...

Hello everybody.
Im having a problem with my server.

I have installed Vicibox 6.0
I created a phone , a user ,a campaign etc.
I configured the campaign as manual dial.
I log in at an operator pc as agent i recive the call saying "youre the only person in conference"
I click manual dial and write the number and click dial.at this moment i get the vocal message "sorry you have not a valid exstension".
I dont know i have done the carrier configuration right.????

My voip provider provided me :
1.username
2.password
3.registar/proxy
4.port
5.protocol
My server is in albania and i want ta call italy.
Can anyone help me how configure my carrier.i followed the manager manual but i dont know if i have done it right

What does your carrier config look like? Don't post the actual passwords or ip addresses. Also, make sure you have activated the carrier. When you initially create it, it is not activated until you set active to Y and submit.

O shoku me qe je shqiptar po te ndihmoi. Haha Shaka . E para ai dialplan qe ke nuk te ben pune se eshte per ameriken a ku di une. Ty te duhet dialplan per italin keshtu qe duhet ta ndryshosh. Po te dergoi gati dialplanin dhe te besh vetem disa ndryshime.

Ky eshte dialplani per italine. Po duhet te jesh me specifik ne kerkesa. Si dhe dergosh ndonje log te asterisku si dhe ca versioni po perdor. Por jo vetem kaq por edhe lloj makines qe perdor.
