Problem with the Campaigns Main after new Installing

Hello to everyone!
After installing 'Vicibox_v.6.0.x86_64-6.0.4.preload '
i run the choice vicibox-express. After completing setup i noticed that the choiceses from Campaigns Main were missing
Show Campaigns | Add A New Campaign | Copy Campaign | Real-Time Campaigns Summary
do you know anything about this problem?
VERSION: 2.12-544a
BUILD: 160325-1435
Also i noticed that the menu background had changed!

I just did add a new campaign with sql command and it worked normaly (i have access)
so the problem is with the buttons that are missing

I am also facing this problem ,how can we resolve buttons issue,a learner can not add again and by sql.

which is your version in vicidialer?
6.x or 7.x?
my version is 6.4 and i have this problem.

I tryed to solve the problem by myself with installing vicibox 7.0.2
and the problem with the buttons that does not appear has not changed
do I do something wrong?

This is a SVN bug, not a ViciBox bug. I've already let Matt know about the issue and he's going to look at it tonight.
In the meantime, you can downgrade to SVN revision 2491 to get things working. It looks like when he added the new sidebar and aesthetic improvements the campaign screen top bar got hidden. Where it was is where the "show active campaigns only" link is. You only need to downgrade the web server until he has a chance to fix it. There were no DB changed between SVN 2491 and 2496.

Roughly:
cd /usr/src/astguiclient/trunk
svn up -r 2491
perl install.pl
(hit enter to everything it asks, until you get back to the command prompt)

The SVN has already been patched for this issue. You can safely upgrade to the latest SVN now without issue.

I am trying to active No Agents No Queueing: Y and need to listen recorded vicemail to client ,when test inbound call its playing

This post is about "Re: Problem with the Campaigns Main after new Installing". Which is not related to changing a voicemail prompt. Changing a VM prompt is a simple asterisk function in the comedian voicemail module. Also: vm-theperson is not related to an ingroup, but to the extension to which you forwarded the caller.
