Problems with Web Servers

i have fresh installed all server, but when i login in the web interface i doesn't see all server, only Telephony and DB server. The archive server and the web servers doens't show.
I follow the guide step by step and i noticed the name of the server are the ids of server in vicidial, so i need to rename all server because the ids are truncated at 11 character, i think this is a helpful information during install!!!
how to connect all servers and display it?
I need to create telephone extensions for all of telephony servers?
Any have guide or information about work vicidial with this installation:
ViciBox: 7.0.3 | VERSION: 2.14-580a BUILD: 161205-1650 | SVN: 2642 | Clusters: 1 DB / 1 DB_ARC / 2 WEB / 4 ASTX
