Vicidial Scratch installation Problem

Hi,

I have installed the latest vicidial 2.14 from SVN using this guide http://ray-solomon.com/vicidial.html

The issue is that when i run screen -ls, its showing all 11 sockets running, but problem is that when we do any update on sip accounts or carriers, its not reloading the dialplan or sip account configs, I can see sendcron user logged into asterisk console but even then its not reloading the configs, Due to this i have to reload the configs from asterisk console manually and then it take effects.

Also i can see that those settings are inside the /etc/asterisk/ directory written, so only thing that those settings are not effective automatically like we do on vicibox install, rahter has to make them effective by reloading the console manually.

Before we begin the long process of finding out what may be wrong (long list): Why did you install manually instead of using Vicibox?

Next: Did you verify that the IP in /etc/astguiclient.conf identifying this server matches the IP of the server in admin->servers?
