No voice after first call placed

I am using goautodial version 3.3. I have created two campaigns in goautodial with auto dialing method. One agent working on one campaign.Means campaign A handled by agent007 and campaign B handled by agent009.
Calls for first agent (agent007) working properly. But for second agent (agent009) whenever he login, first call working properly after that it shows live call but no voice is coming. Agent can't here the vocie. I also check recording. There is no voice. Can anyone suggest solution.
