Vicibox9 Clustered Setup Time Sync Error

Hi Vicidial Team,

I'm testing the Vicibox 9 clustered setup.

Downloaded Vicibox 9.iso
Current Build:
VERSION: 2.14-721a
BUILD: 191015-1620
rev: 3149

Scenario:
Installed the following servers in sequence:
1. Database
2. Web
3. Asterisk
4. Archive

After initial installation, I am encountering time synchronization error on asterisk server.

When a agent login, there is delay on the call being received by the agent. then after login, it will display/show time sync error.

I already re-synced time for the 4 serveres. Check timezone per server and all are the same.

Checked dahdi module if loaded. lsmod | grep dahdi and dahdi_cfg -vvvvvv shows positive results

How could I further check the issue on this?




getting also an error where Asterisk version too low for this script.

In your modify server page, what is the Asterisk Version of that server set to?

Hi,

I overlooked it. from 1.4 changed the asterisk version to 13.27.

all is good now.
