svn.eflo.net down? vicibox 9.0.3 install

I am trying to install Vicibox9.0.3. I have configured yast lan with ip/subnet/gateway/dns/hostname and configured the firewall (external with ssh). I am able to ping google and eflo.net, but I am unable to ping svn.eflo.net. When I try to install, it gives me early errors "can't connect to repository svn.eflo.net" and "can't connect to host svn.eflo.net" If i continue on without updating the svn , it gets through the questionaire, then fails the install saying something like "unable to update svn to ! check connection"
I have tried pinging from other machines also, not getting a response from anywhere.
I guess I have 2 questions:
1: Is it down?
2: Is svn.eflo.net pingable?
If the answers are no to both of these, do you have any insight into what i might be doing wrong?
