Hi all,

I am installing Vicial ver 9.0.0 when i put the zypper ref command to update system and then zypper up. After vicibox express command it say asterisk not found. I don't know why?

Second thing is if i simply install os and switch vicibox-express command instead of doing step to update system by using zypper up and ref command it show asterisk active works well.

So, my question is why asterisk is not active after using zypper commands which mandatory in installation manual.??

did you reboot the system after update ?

yess i did

sounds like a bad install, try it fresh

i had installed 2 times getting the same problem everytime. can u suggest me to where to download asterisk files

either from the asterisk or vicibox repo's
