OpenSuSE 15.3 bootstrap script - Updated May 13 2022

I've made a boot-strap script to allow you to get something vicibox-like on a bare OpenSuSE 15.3 install. The idea is you can download the OpenSuSE 15.3 installer from https://get.opensuse.org/leap/ and then once installed download this bootstrap script to get everything needed for a ViciDial install done.

This is for the more advanced users or edge case scenarios where loading a custom ISO might not be possible or feasible.

Updated this script to look for rogue CD-Rom based install repositories and remove them before installing packages. Even though the packages it wanted are available from other repos, it would bomb out cause the one it wanted was from the install media. One of those things where zypper is so smart it's dumb.
