I note that you have two HDs and am guessing that your problem is that you have a RAID controller but have not set up your RAID.
FYI: RAID controllers are a hardware concern. Once you configure the RAID, the RAID controller will present a "logical" HD to the boot system so an OS can be installed.
On a desktop system (or pretty much any system without RAID) the HD is automatically presented to the boot system without any interference. But for RAID, the RAID controller manages the HDs and requires pre-configuration before OS installation. You'll likely see some sort of RAID option during boot (with a keyboard sequence offered to manage it) before the "No OS found" error.
RAID configuration methods and options depend on the manufacturer of RAID card and usually is associated with the hardware manufacturer (not the CPU). For instance Dell vs HP have different "normal" RAID controllers. The RAID controller hardware model should be visible during boot.
