1) Welcome to the Party! 8-)

2) As you are obviously new here, I have some suggestions to help us all help you:

When you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method (11.X.X?) and vicidial version with build (VERSION: 2.X-XXXx ... BUILD: #####-####).

This IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "manual/from scratch" you must post your operating system with version (and the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system) plus a link to the installation instructions you used. If your installation is "Hosted" list the site name of the host.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (EG: vSphere Version 6.X.X). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

Similar to This:

Vicibox 11.X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X-XXX Build XXXXXX-XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation | Intel DG35EC Mbd | Core2Quad Q6600 CPUs

3) After you have successfully logged in as "6666", you should be aware of the fact that "6666" has very few permissions. Go to "Users" and modify user 6666 to give that user more permissions. Perhaps even all of them. Note that User 6666 CAN (unless you've modified it somehow already) change it's own user settings.

4) In case you did do something bad to user 6666:

Code: Select all
mysql -u cron -p1234 asterisk -e "UPDATE asterisk.vicidial_users SET user_group='ADMIN', user_level='9', delete_users = '1', delete_user_groups = '1', delete_lists = '1', delete_campaigns = '1', delete_ingroups = '1', delete_remote_agents = '1', ast_delete_phones = '1', delete_scripts = '1', modify_leads = '1', change_agent_campaign = '1', agentonly_callbacks = '1', agentcall_manual = '1', delete_filters = '1', closer_default_blended = '1', delete_call_times = '1', modify_call_times = '1', modify_campaigns = '1', modify_lists = '1', modify_scripts = '1', modify_filters = '1', modify_ingroups = '1', modify_usergroups = '1', modify_remoteagents = '1', modify_servers = '1', view_reports = '1', qc_enabled = '1', qc_pass = '1', qc_finish = '1', qc_commit = '1', add_timeclock_log = '1', modify_timeclock_log = '1', delete_timeclock_log = '1', alter_custphone_override = 'ALLOW_ALTER', vdc_agent_api_access = '1', modify_inbound_dids = '1', delete_inbound_dids = '1', alert_enabled = '0', download_lists = '1', manager_shift_enforcement_override = '1', shift_override_flag = '1', export_reports = '1', delete_from_dnc = '1', allow_alerts = '1', callcard_admin = '1', custom_fields_modify = '1', modify_shifts = '1', modify_phones = '1', modify_carriers = '1', modify_labels = '1', modify_statuses = '1', modify_voicemail = '1', modify_audiostore = '1', modify_moh = '1', modify_tts = '1', modify_email_accounts = '1', modify_custom_dialplans = '1', modify_languages = '1', access_recordings = '1', modify_colors = '1', modify_contacts = '1', pause_code_approval = '1', download_invalid_files = '1',modify_ip_lists = '1' WHERE vicidial_users.user_id = 1;"

Happy Hunting! 8-)
