I can not listen to my rep's. When I click on the listen link - it goes to a blank page = can not be displayed.

RC1 Vicibox - SSH installed. Any ideas?

This is the link it sends me sip:08600052@192.168.1.3

In SVN trunk we have written a new way to do click-to-monitor. in 2.0.5 you need to have the "sip:" program launch a voip phone to work. The 2.2.0 solution is to use a phones table entry to do this call instead of forcing it to be a softphone with program association.

Got it

Please start a new topic, your problem has nothing to do with ViciBox.
