Cannot Open vicidial_auth_entries.txt

I am trying to integrate Gersky Agent CRM into Vicibox.

But getting below error :

Warning: fopen(./vicidial_auth_entries.txt) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /var/www/vicidial/agc1/vicidial.php on line 585

Try setting the webroot writable to 0 in the system settings.

Changed the same in dbconnect but still :

It is in Vicidial admin page-->admin-->system settings, not in a file.

Still the same , even after rebooting the server

have you tried chmod 0777 to both the directory and that file?

then there is most likely something horribly wrong with your system, or you didn't do it correctly.

Why wont I do it if you instruct me ?

Its working perfectly under vicidialnow version even as on current date .
