Autodial not works , manual dial works
Posted: Thu Jul 16, 2009 3:08 pm
We have a call center with 10 positions working fine with vicidial version 2.0.X. in centos.
We installed vicibox step by step from the website in other server in order to have redundancy, but the autodial does not work in the new one, only manual dial.
Could you please help us?
I was reading the manual and the forum, but i can't fix the problem. most of the post said that check the sip.conf & extensions.conf but I'm using the same files from the other working server.
I think that the problem is that vicidial can't find any agent login, since in the vdautodial log said LIVE AGENTS LOGGED IN: 0. (notice that the agent is ready to take calls, not resume)
Thank you in advance.
1) Version of VICIDIAL: 2.0.5 Installed from vicibox iso CD (step by step)
2) loadavg: 0.10
3) Server Specifications (Dell Optiplex 330, Processor X86 Family 6 model 15 ~ 2393 Mhz, 2048 Memory Ram,80 GB Hard Disk)
4) Codecs used ( g711, gsm, ulaw, alaw)
5) VOIP or PSTN (Voip)
6) OS (ubuntu)
Asterisk version 1.2.26.2
DB Schema Version: 1135
