Private Label ViciDial, Please Help me understand

I would like to private label vicidial also please help me understand the rules on how i can then sell vicidial as a commericial license if possible at all what do i have to do do be compliant with GPL license rights ?

ViciDial uses the AGPLv2 license, not the GPL.
As for rebranding, as long as you maintain the same versions you install for clients as source code downloads then you should be in complaince. You also need to maintain all of the original copyright notices in the source code as well as adhearing to the license terms.
