we had an error looks like ,

did anyone know about the problem ?

in itself, this "error" message is actually just an informational message. it does not indicate that anything is "wrong". this condition occurs and is resolved within the asterisk appication as a matter of operation.

so: are you experiencing any "bahavioral" issues with your system when this occurs?
