Vicidial go into auto pause an time stops

Hello

I had an Vicibox server installed.
The server is an AMD 6000 + Dual Core with 4 GB RAM

The Server runs realy good an we worked between 9 days.. but
after every sale the server goes in Pause.

The Time stops an then the Agent must log out and login for work.

I had 3 vicibox server runnig but only on one we had this problem.

there any logs who we can see the problem and solved it.

What is the process that your agents go through when they make a sale exactly?

And did you mean to imply that this ONLY occurs when the disposition is "SALE"? Or did you mean after a long enough call for it to be a sale or some other situation? Can you reproduce this error on demand?

If so: try looking in /var/log/astguiclient and checking the logs there. Delete them, cause the problem, and then dive in and see what the logs say. Especially if you can cause this to happen on demand and do it when your server is not in use ...

The Progress is -

1: coustomer hang up
2: Agent needs time (3-7 min) to write coustomer data on paper
3: Agent did qualify sale
4: Time stops
5: Agent is in Pause
6: agent press resume
7: Agent Status Ready.. time is stopping
8: Agent log out
9: agent log in
10: Agent can work again

i will today try to reproduce this situation an do this with the logs .

During this situation, the agent MUST "disposition" the call and check the "pause agent" box. Otherwise, yes the system will assume the agent has abandoned his desk and lock him out.
This will show the agent "paused" instead of still in a call with a dead phone line. If the agent is still in a call with a dead phone line for 5 minutes, vicidial assumes that there is a fault in the system or the agent has abandoned his workstation.
