Dear all, is it possible to support video inbound call in closer type inbound campaing? Do I only need to change sip.conf for videosupport=yes only?

well, first you may want to figure out how the inbound caller and the agent will be talking ... if it is in a campaign, they will likely be in "meetme room". But do meetme rooms support video?

'v' — video mode (this option currently does nothing at all)
would seem to suggest "No". (But I don't do video, so don't take my word for it ...)

It may be possible using "non-campaign" routing (DID straight to an agent ...?)

Your first step would be to get video calling working in asterisk, and then see if you can maintain it through vicidial (keeping in mind the likelihood that using a meetme room is already ruled out)[/quote]

I tried it. You are right. Whatever routing type using Meetme applicaiton did not support video call even I enable 'v' option of Meetme appl. But I can use remote agent. It can pass call with Video & provide queue call routing. Good!
