IP address conflicted outbound and inbound

Hi to all, i have a vicibox with SIP trunk and 1 E1 with sangoma a102 card, all running perfectly for like 4 5 months, today we changed the server to another local network we ran update_server_ip script agents can log in like normal, but now they cant hear anything when they recieve the calls, we have both outbound and inbound calls.

Hope someone can help, thanks in advanced.

Have you tried with IAX phones at all?

Any new firewall settings?
