Change all sounds from englishto french

I installed vicibox for a compagny and I need to change the sounds into french (vicidial & asterisk, inbound & outbound call).
Why could I do this ?

my problem is that the welcome sound when a call come in is in english despite the meetme sound is in french...

So I would like to know how to solve this issue.
