I am running into an issue trying to install VICIBox. The Ubuntu install works fine. However, after the first reboot, the VICI Installer is failing with the following error -
I checked the installer log and see that the server is erroring - Name or service not known. when trying to resolve the download server.
I know the machine is connected to the network and can see our DNS servers. After the second reboot, I can login and ping the download server. So I know its resolving and accessible.
Does the download server need access back down to the server? The server is behind a firewall, but can initiate and maintain outside connections as long as they are started on the inside. It's also NAT'ed and currently just uses the PAT address on the firewall.
Any ideas?

I am going to try the 4.2.2.1 as suggested in the sticky, but I don't know why that would make a difference...

Can you acces the downloadserver from other computers on your network?
And also download from the server?
