Multiple Lists Multiple Campaigns

So I think i've come across a (major) bug.

2 Campaigns
-- CIN
-- AIEF

2 Lists
-- 12345 (Linked to CIN)
-- 634257 (Linked to AIEF)

Some (not all) of the numbers, names, address, etc from List 12345 are also in List 634257.

So we finished dialing CIN and switched over to AIEF. An agent called a person from the AIEF List and mistakenly pictched the sale as a CIN (no biggy really), so to give credit to the correct campaign we had the agent log out of AIEF....Log into CIN and do a manual dial and than hangup right away and dispo the call as SALE.
* Yes this donor was in both lists (CIN and AIEF)

When the supervisor went into the records (Search for a Lead), and pulled up by the phone number, even thou the agent was not in AIEF when the manual was made, the manual call was placed under the AIEF campaign. To make matters worse, when you change the status of that lead ID from SALE to anything else, it reverts back.

Seems like the system, is:
1) Not pulling customer data based on the campaign and LIST ID, but by first leadid that is returned in the query in any campagin.
2) Changes made (supervisor/admin side) seem to only affect the last call to that phone number/lead and not changing the status for that unique ID.

Preload iso is not in any way helpful/useful information. Sort of like saying "my car is an automobile". LOL Please post the full name of the .iso or the actual version at least.

When your agent manual dialed, it is entirely possible that the lead was found "in the system" on the other list. Limit the campaign lead lookup to campaign lists instead of "entire system".

I note that you did not post any actual details so your true meaning is being lost in your attempted troubleshooting. For instance: "when you change the status of that lead ID from SALE to anything else, it reverts back." How did you attempt this change? When does it "revert back"? Where did you see that it reverted back?

"Not pulling customer data based on the campaign and LIST ID, but by first leadid that is returned in the query in any campagin." During what operation? Autodialing? Manual dial? Lead search as an administrator? Perhaps a screen shot ...

"Changes made (supervisor/admin side) seem to only affect the last call to that phone number/lead and not changing the status for that unique ID." Changing only the last call is by design. The checkbox to change the log does not change all calls that have ever been made to this lead, just the last one. After all, did you want every call ever made to change to sale so it would look like 20 sales were made to this customer? LOL Also: "for that Unique ID" ... unique id is associated with a single phone call. Like .. the last phone call which you just said it affected but complained it did not affect any others. So now you want it to change the last call ... which you said a second ago it changed but not the others.

Perhaps if you took a deep breath and put this information in detail we could help you out a bit. :)
