automatic agent will be log out...

Hi there,

My problem is every 1:00 am all agent will be automatically log out. I don't know what the cause of this perhaps a setting in a server does this but I cant figure out what setting.
Does somebody know what setting I will change to get rid of this? Thanks in advance....

Check your server crons. /usr/share/astguiclient/AST_reset_mysql_vars.pl cron is set to 1:02AM by default. You can change the time of the cron or change your server time.
