I would like to disable the Agents View link so they are not able to see other agents status. I'm unable to find that setting in the manual. Any help is appreciated.

Ensure that they dont have any Admin interface options active. And go over the account && campaign settings.

I tried this yesterday but was using a test account that had admin options enabled. I knew I was on the right track but needed fresh eyes. Thanks striker & adam.
