Agent Performance Report issue

Hello,

Vicidial 2.2.1 ,asterisk 1.4.15,single server, Centos5.5 ,No telephony card,No cluster

I noticed an issue in the Agent Performance Report.

I have an agent who logged in at 6:00:00 Hrs and logged out at 13:15:00 Hrs.
So the total logged in time [logout time -login time] can be maximum 07 Hrs 15mins
But in my vicidial agent performance report under CALL STATS BREAKDOWN it is showing as 8 hrs 20 mins as TIME[Total call handling time]
When i looked into the php code,TIME field value is coming by summing up of PAUSE/TALK/WAIT/DISPO times.

How can it go beyond logged in duration?

The version you are using is over 2 years old. i would suggest upgrading to at least 2.7 rc1 and see if you still have a problem.

Hi ,
I have downloaded latest vicidial svn version using the link svn checkout svn://svn.eflo.net:3690/agc_2-X/trunk
one folder got downloaded and when i checked UPGRADE for upgrading instructions what i found is
need to upgrade to 2.4 from 2.2 [using upgrade_2.4.sql ]
after that need to upgrade to 2.7 from 2.4
But i found only upgrade_2.6.sql file no upgrade_2.7.sql file is there.
2.4 to 2.7 Upgrading instructions are also not available but 2.4 to 2.6 instructions are available.
What i have done is upgrade to 2.6 from 2.4 using upgrade_2.6.sql file
After that i found upgrade_2.8.sql file and i have upgraded to 2.8 version from 2.6 version

In Vicidial admin page ,i got the footer as follows
VERSION: 2.8-403a
BUILD: 130510-1350

Is that ok ?

Yes, that is OK. 2.7 is a release branch taken from the last version of 2.6

If you are upgrading to the latest svn/trunk(2.8) you don't need to do anything with 2.7

Thanks for the update.
i have upgraded one of my live back up vicidial server to latest svn version VERSION: 2.8-403a.
Will go live in 1 or 2 days.
Hope everything goes well with the new beta version.
